Events > Quo Vadis Days 2011

What is it?

Quo Vadis is a summer camp for high school men. Quo Vadis means “Where are you going?” Scripture tells us that St. Peter asked Jesus this very question as he was fleeing Rome only to see Jesus headed towards Rome with a cross on His shoulder.

The camp will include daily Mass, a special Mass with Bishop Daniel Thomas, and Eucharistic Adoration. There will also be a ropes course, sports, recreation, swimming, and guest speaker Phil Martelli! The camp will be held at Malvern Retreat House in Malvern, PA.

Sponsored by the Vocation Office for the Diocesan Priesthood, this camp provides a time of fun, prayer, and conference to help young men explore, with our seminarians, the themes of the camp: Leading as Christ, Sacramental Love, and Vocation.

Other activities include: Liturgy of the Hours, Rosary walks, a Eucharistic Procession, talks and discussion groups.

Where is it?

Quo Vadis Days 2011 will be held at beautiful Malvern Retreat House in Malvern, PA. The location is a spiritual sanctuary with a long-standing Catholic retreat history and is the largest Catholic retreat house in the United States.
