When did you enter the seminary?
August 2010

What/ Who influenced that decision?
The persistent call of God and the example of great priests living their vocation out with true joy.

Why do you want to be a priest?
To be a witness of God’s love for His people in only a way a priest can.

What do your family and friends think about your decision to enter seminary?
They have been very supportive.

How often do you pray?
I try to pray through the day but also dedicate one hour of time with our Lord.

What do you do for fun?
I like to run, travel, see new things, spend time with family and friends.

What is it like to live in a seminary?
Well, I just got here but I would say in some ways it is like a regular college but in many ways not.  We go to class, play sports, have fun just like any college.  However, everyone here has the same goal and motivation for being here.  That makes a seminary unique.

What is the best part of seminary for you?
The opportunity to learn more about our Faith, and the formation and spiritual direction I will receive.

What is the hardest part of seminary for you?
Getting back into academics after a break after college.

What advice would you give to a young man thinking about the priesthood?
Pray, seek direction, and visit the seminary. Don’t let fear get in the way of what God might be calling you to.
